Weekend workshops  are being organized on different new styles of Yoga, Meditation, Therapy and Sadhana. Contemporary Yoga such as Fly Yoga, Rope Yoga, Wheel yoga, Foam roller Yoga and modern fitness practices eg Stepper Aerobics, Zumba , Mat Pilates, Ring Pilates, Boot Camp  etc are being conducted.
