Adiyar Yoga is conducting regular Yoga Classes of one hour duration. This one hour class is open for anyone. This class contains the practices from Classical Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Integral Yoga, Shivananda Yoga, Bihar Yoga, Iyengar Yoga , Vinyasa Yoga and Kids Yoga.
